You can return ordered goods without any statement of reasons within 14 days after you received your order. This is called the ‘cooling off period’. After 14 days your order can no longer be cancelled. This is arranged by Dutch law to protect the customer. Customer made products are excluded from this arrangement and cannot be returned.

How to return your order
Send an email to: contact@martinsb.com or phone us up on +31 (0) 226 – 423 033 and let us know you want to return your order. Return the products, including all accessories and the original invoice, in the original packing. The product may be opened and used in such a limited way that it was possible for you to determine if the product was what you expected it to be.
Do not send the product back without notice!

Costs returning
The costs for returning as well as the risk for shipping, are for the customer. Within 30 days after receiving the return goods, the sum, minus shipping and costs made by Martin SB, will be returned to your account.
