Delivery time
When you place and pay your order on a workday before 2.00 pm, your order will be sent out on the next workday. Special orders will take longer, please contact us to find out what the delivery time will be in this case.

Delivery time Europe:
Holland: Within 2-3 workdays
Belgium: Within 2-3 workdays
Germany: Within 2-3 workdays
France: Within 3-5 workdays
Austria: Within 3-5 workdays

The turnover of our products is high and the stock is sufficient for several days, but if you need large quantities it’s wise to contact us first to prevent disappointments. Your order will be sent to the supplied address after the payment has been verified. Martin SB depends on the transporter. If you haven’t received your order on time, please contact us immediately.

Shipping costs
For ordering ingredients, pellets and particles we charge the following shipping costs:

Holland – up to 25 kg = € 6,50
Belgium – up to 25 kg = € 8,50
Germany – up to 25 kg = € 6,95
France – up to 25 kg = € 14,50
Austria – up to 25 kg = € 14,50

Shipping costs are included when ordering all other Martin SB products over € 50,- euro (€ 75,- for Germany/Belgium, € 75,- for France/Austria/United Kingdom).
